Norwegian Medical Products Agency (NOMA) issues WHO-certificates, also called Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP).
Applicants are requested to fill in the information in the form for WHO-certificates (Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product) and submit the certificate by e-mail to post@noma.no
The fee for WHO-certificates are regulated in forskrift om legemidler til mennesker (FOR 2009-12-18 nr 1839) § 15-3, and forskrift om legemidler til dyr (FOR-2022-09-08-1573) § 12-4, please see Regulatory fees.
The fee will be invoiced. Please state the billing address in the e-mail.
NOMA will issue a certificate within 4 weeks.
